A Transformational Space for Healing and Deep Rest
McLeod Ganj // 15–25 October 2026
Every retreat is designed as a supportive environment where the surroundings gently hold and nourish the participants. Through nourishing food, daily yoga, meditation, mindful movement, rest, and moments of silence, the nervous system is invited to slow down and the body can return to its natural intelligence.
MercyRetreat is ultimately an invitation to come home
to the body, the breath, and the quiet wisdom within.
The Rhythm of Each Day
Your Journey Through MercyRetreat

About the Place
McLeod Ganj is unlike anywhere else in the world.
Nestled in the Himalayas, this small mountain village has become home to the Tibetan community in exile and carries a presence many people immediately feel when they arrive.
Monks walk quietly through the narrow streets.
Prayer wheels turn endlessly in the background.
The scent of incense drifts through the air while temple chants echo softly between the mountains. This is also the home of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and one of the most spiritually significant places many people will ever experience.
But India itself is part of the journey.
Beautiful, intense, humbling, and deeply alive, India has a way of stripping away distraction and bringing people into direct contact with themselves and the present moment.
It is not always comfortable.
It is not always predictable.
And often, this is exactly what makes the experience so transformative.
Many people leave with a quieter mind, a softer nervous system, and a completely different relationship to life itself.
Something shifts here. Slowly, deeply, and often in ways that are difficult to explain until you experience it yourself.

The Essence of MercyRetreat
What Makes This
Retreat Unique
This is not a retreat built around luxury, stimulation, or escaping reality.
We will stay in a small Himalayan village shaped by Tibetan Buddhism, silence, mountain life, monasteries, and ancient presence. The simplicity of the surroundings becomes part of the experience itself.
Far away from constant noise, schedules, and digital distraction, the nervous system begins to slow down, the mind becomes clearer, and space opens for something deeper to emerge. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself.
Participants often describe the experience as a return to something essential within themselves.

A JOURNEY TO HIMALAYA
A Personal Invitation
I have returned to these mountains many times over the years, and every time, something inside me becomes quieter. The Himalayas have a way of gently stripping away what is unnecessary. Not through force, but through stillness, simplicity, and presence. Life moves differently here. The silence creates space to breathe more deeply, think more clearly, and reconnect with parts of yourself that are often lost in the noise of everyday life. This journey is very personal to me, and it is created with deep care and intention. If something within you feels drawn to this experience, I encourage you to trust that feeling.
